The Series 501 Liquid Baths meet the requirements of ASTM D943, D2893*, D4310, D6158, AOCS12-57* , ISO 4263, ISO 12205, IP 388, DIN 51 587, NF M07-047, NF T60-150 test methods (* modified version for these methods is available).
Each test position has one float-in-tube flowmeter positioned in front. The oxygen flow rate is maintained at 3 ± 0.1 L/hr with a micro precision valve. An oxygen pressure regulator is optionally available.
Temperature control is provided by a digital display PID controller providing stability of ± 0.2º C or better. In the event of primary controller failure the bath is protected by a secondary high limit controller. Useful temperature range is from 40° to 120°C.
The 30 or 60 positions are arranged in two back to back rows (15 or 30 positions each) or in straight line.
Floor models come standard with a on/off water valve for the condensers. Upon request other arrangements can be made for water flow for both bench and floor models.
