Model 367-12 is a bench top model with a circular solid aluminum block bath with 12 test positions arranged in a circle. Model 367-12 conforms to IP280, IP306, IP307, IP331, and IP335 test methods. The single digital display controller provides temperature control of ±0.2°C and position to position temperature uniformity of ±02°C. Temperature range is from +50° to +250°C.

Each test position accepts the associated absorption tube in its own support attached to the top. Twelve float in tube flow meters are provided mounted on a separate support rack. With the standard model the oxygen flow is controlled with a precision valve at 1 ±0.1 L/hr to each position. A gas pressure regulator adjusts the inlet gas pressure to the flow meters. An over temperature control circuit prevents over temperature conditions in the event of primary controller failure.

Model 367-12a is identical to Model 367-12, above, with the exception of having oxygen flow regulated at 15 ±0.25 L/hr for conformance to the IP48 test method.

Model 367-4 is similar to Model 367-12 but with only 4 test positions arranged in a line on the front of the bath. The flow meters are mounted on the a raised panel at the back of the bath.

Model 367-4a is identical to Model 367-4 but with oxygen flow controlled at 15 ±0.25 L/hr to conform to IP48 test method.

Model HT-101-20 individually heated tube bath has 20 test positions conforming to IP280, 306, 307, 331, and 335 test methods. Each heated tube is of proper dimension to snugly fit the test tube. Each test position is individually temperature controlled. Temperature stability of each position is ±0.1°C. Temperature range is from +50° to +300°C. Each tube’s temperature may be independently adjusted so as to assure sample temperature in each test position is identical. Temperature is adjustable via a touch panel screen. Model HT-101-20 has further flexibility allowing each test position to be at widely different temperatures. Each position has a over temperature cut off circuit in the event of primary controller failure.

The test positions are arranged is a left-to-right line for ease of access to each test tube. Each position has a float in tube flow meter with a precision control valve for delivering oxygen to the test specimen at 1 ±0.1 L/hr. The flow meters are mounted on the a raised panel at the back of the bath.

Model HT-101-20a is identical to Model HT-101-20 but with oxygen flow controlled at 15 ±0.25 L/hr to conform to IP48 test method.

Model HT-101-10 is identical to Model HT-101-20 but with only 10 test positions.

Model HT-101-10a is identical to Model HT-101-10 but with oxygen flow controlled at 15 ±0.25 L/hr to conform to IP48 test method.

Model 193-10 is a well insulated and agitated liquid bath with 10 test positions conforming to IP280, IP306, IP307, IP331, and IP335 test methods. The bath operating temperature range is +50° to +200°C. Temperature control is via a digital display controller with stability and uniformity of ±0.2°C. The 10 test positions are arranged in a left-to-right line for ease of access to all test tubes.

With the standard model the oxygen flow is controlled with a precision valve at 1 ±0.1 L/hr to each position. The flow meters are mounted on the a raised panel at the back of the bath. A gas pressure regulator adjusts the inlet gas pressure to the flow meters. An over temperature control circuit prevents over temperature conditions in the event of primary controller failure. As an additional safety measure a liquid float interrupts power to the heater in the event of low bath liquid level.

Model 193-10a is identical to Model 193-10 but with oxygen flow controlled at 15 ±0.25 L/hr to conform to IP48 test method.
