The series 30 Oxidation Baths meets the requirements of ASTM D943, D2893*, D4310, D6158, AOCS12-57* test methods (* modified version for these methods is available).
Each test position has one float-in-tube flowmeter positioned in front. The oxygen flow rate is maintained at 3 ± 0.1 L/hr with a micro precision valve. An oxygen pressure regulator is provided.
Temperature control is provided by a digital display PID controller providing stability of ± 0.2º C or better. In the event of primary controller failure the bath is protected by a secondary high limit controller. Useful temperature range is from 40 to 240'C .
Water flow to each condenser is controlled by a valve mounted on the back panel. This is available only if the condenser water flows directly to a waste drain. If a recirculating chiller is to be used, only one flow valve is provided for each group of 12 condensers which must be arranged in series.
